Lufthansa Cargo said it will first deploy its new Boeing 777 freighters on routes
from Europe to Atlanta, Chicago and New York.
Lufthansa is buying five 777s from Boeing. The planes have capacity for 103 tons of cargo and can fly without refueling for 10.5 hours.
